This gym puts many brand name fitness clubs to shame. The weight room is very adequately populated with many different types of free weights and machines. The cardio room has all the big hitters, though I do not like the ellipticals as they do not have a setting to increase range of motion.

Multiple basketball courts, beach and regular volleyball courts, indoor running track, squash court, and I think there's more I haven't seen.

Beyond being well equipped, it is a fantastic atmosphere to work out. There are so many motivated young people in the same place.

Fully functional locker room with showers and changing area, bring a padlock otherwise it's 10 dollars at the shop.
