Customer service is horrible. Ebay actually costed me almost $500 by the time I quit selling on there. The people who review cases and have no clue to English give people their money back even when the seller does nothing wrong. I won't shop on here again if I can help it, let alone sell on here. Even still, Ebay refuses to talk to me in English about the issue.
