When you come to the firm's HQ shop, you expect to talk to people who are knowledgeable about the shows the company makes and have at least a treadmill or something where you can try the shoes before you part with 200. Don't get me wrong, there news nothing wrong, just maybe my expectation that when someone puts the effort to come all the way there, it should be a bit more special than a decent sports shop anywhere on the planet....
