Several trips to ER and mom admitted over the years. Average time 5- 6 hours sitting in ER. Communication horrible during Covid 19 when not allowed in ER or visit in rooms. With an elderly mom who is diabetic and high anxiety. Also had 3 strokes -- no updates from staff. We have to call and sometimes get a call back. Mom is very ill and getting worse everytime she goes t o St. Mary's . Mom insists going to St Mary. We would like her to go elsewhere .
