RDS is performing extremely poorly on the stock exchange and nevertheless Van Beurden c.s. continue to pat on the back that they are doing so well in these difficult times.
The CEO of more than 20,000,000 per year hides behind questionable anti-takeover measures and only gives investors a tip in dividends.
As a shareholder you have no influence whatsoever on this mismanagement.
Some figures: Shell shares are only worth 43% YTD (from 1/1 to 18/9). Is that because the oil is in the corner where blows fall? No!
Chevron and Total are still worth 64% YTD. Exxon, BP and Esso also perform significantly better.
How do we stop this mismanagement of the most expensive CEO in NL?
