We have been trying for a month to exchange the Europuntos that we have on the Soy card and they tell us at the gas station that the balance is not available. We have called more than 50 times and their answer is that they are working on it and they only know that they take note, but the problem is not solved. I find it shameful that a company of this magnitude takes so long to solve a problem that it says is a global problem. Of course the policies of my three cars will not be renewed with this company
