DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are an absolute joke. A revolving door of failure. No one can ever simply help you resolve any kind of issue what so ever. The employees are difficult to deal with and lack basic knowledge of your home. I had an insident where birds got into my house through the soffits and made the ceiling fall down in my children s bedroom. Did equinox do ANYTHINGG to help me? NO. They swept it under the rug like nothing was wrong. Meanwhile there was insulation, bird nests and whatever other animal excrement all over my children s belonging. Meanwhile I had birds flying in the room until I took care of it myself.

THIS IS A FRIENDLY WARNING to anyone who considers renting/ using them to manage their property. Please please please don t. Just turn around and run as fast as you can. I truest hope this helps someone out there.
