Joan from this company is simply the best. She responds quickly to emails and is very accommodating. Last year, my roommate and I had to cancel our lease due to our school semester becoming completely online (so we did not need to live near campus). We were able to cancel without penalty. This year, I tried contacting her about the availability of units and she was able to offer us a unit that was within our price range. She is so helpful in providing us with all the information we need, and we never stumbled upon any problems with the application process. Joan is constantly willing to help us out, and my roommates and I very much appreciate that. Simply put, the service is amazing.
