Cesar is dishonest and will attempt to make current tenants pay $50 each for a subleaser because he has to type up a new lease agreement. He should not be trying to get money out of tenants but instead talk to the landlord. I would never recommend anyone to this real estate agency as I ve experience a dishonest agent.
