I am very pleased! Reception very friendly and patient. Everything handled transparently and honestly. Repair finished faster than announced. Auto tip-top and received very clean. Easily accessible by email and phone. In my view, prices are normal for authorized workshops. Communication could have been a little more proactive, but I'll let that go because otherwise everything was fine.

Edit: Minimal complaints were resolved quickly and very courteously.
