We stumbled on Shannon Green while doing some preliminary looking for a new house and didn't have an agent yet. From the moment we met him until we closed he was immensely friendly without being overbearing, pushed us at the right times to make decisions, and went above and beyond when answering our questions and advocating on our behalf. He did all the little extras to make us feel safe during a Big Life Decision and was patient with us with our requests and did us many favors by meeting up with people when we couldn't. He was exactly the right vibe for us in our mix of laid back, no-pressure looking and then once we found the right house for us he sprang into action like a snapping turtle and didn't let go until it was ours. Yeah that metaphor was weak but Shannon really was awesome.
