I purchased a washing machine with used delivery, installation and collection.
I paid E / 31.90 for the installation but unfortunately only the delivery took place without installation nor the used collection because the courier had no instructions in this regard. Sent two emails with a request for a refund for the installation service not provided but I have not received a reply. I tried to call but there is no possibility of talking to someone. There is no number dedicated to complaints or general customer support. A maximum disorganization. A hallucinating thing, never seen with any online store.

I was asked in the owner's response what the order number for the washing machine was. There he is:

It would be nice to have an email response since I sent two complaint emails, one to: info@monclick.it and one to: ordini@monclick.it
and above all to have the requested refund of 31.90 without having to take legal action. I hope for good.
