Scam scam scam!!!!!
Never work with this bank! they are scammers! They closed my account unexpectedly, without warning and they will not return €3,448 to me. My messages are not answered, they have no contact phone number or physical address! If you have any problem with this bank, no one will help you, you will be left alone with this problem! I am very disappointed and would not advise you to use their services!
Does anyone know how to report them? maybe there is some EU oversight body? I'm desperate!:((

Hello!
Write to the bank through which you replenished the account of this application. Tell them the whole situation and they should help you. I had a similar situation. I made a purchase but never received the product. Couldn't get in touch with the store owner. I had to write to my bank and a week later my money was returned.
