Cheapest new furniture around.

Cheapest new furniture around.
But at what cost?

First, this place is enormous. There are huge floors of everything you could imagine, from antiques to hardware, furniture, dishes, you can't even describe how much stuff is here. Its all so random that its almost too much to take in.

On the second floor is the furniture showcase, which has really great brands for low prices.

My wife and I wanted to order a new sectional plus ottoman from Stanton. We went through City Liquidators because they beat everyone's price.
We found the exact model on the floor we wanted and ordered it with different/upgraded fabric.

About a month later it was ready so we picked it up with a U-haul. Upon getting it home we realized while unwrapping it that it was ordered BACKWARDS. We had already sold our other living room furniture so they let us use that furniture while the order was replaced. In about 5 weeks they dropped off the new set for free and took the incorrect one. I was satisfied.

Then when the ottoman wore out prematurely, we had to take it to get it replaced. They copied my original receipt and filed an order, but gave me no paperwork for the replacement, which was odd.

When I called back a month later, sure enough, no one could find my order. They told me everything is paper filed and if someone lost the order there was no way to retrieve it. Great.

After about 3 hours and 4 people later, they found the ottoman in the warehouse. Because it matched the color on the receipt I brought in they were able to locate it. However I feel that if I didn't have my original receipt it could have just been lost.
This experience really freaked me out because it was the first big furniture purchase for me.

I think with some better organization this place could really give great service along with the good deals. It all turned out okay for me in the end, but was a giant hassle and I'm wary of doing it again.
I'd recommend copying/verifying everything yourself if you order something through them.
