The products are great, the service/communication was lacking. I bought two week shipping & hadn't heard a word for three weeks, so I emailed, without response. Finally got a hold of them on the phone, and finally received a very courteous manager's waived shipping. They were very nice, and the products are great, but it's really important to ship, and email back /communicate about expensive orders.
