It sounds like a joke .... I am a reseller and I try to talk to customer service and nobody wants to answer the phone's "pdf". Salespeople keep insisting "take this, take that helps me to hit my goal" and when they realize that I won't give in they send the products anyway. Then the inconvenience begins because the delivery personnel say that they cannot return the wrong product (s), only the entire order. It was also the frequent change of salespeople and days of visits. They should be ashamed.
