This Ministry is extremely depressing to deal with. Every time I visit this office it's a poor story of being shorted staff to having no AC so the staff is unable to serve the public. One morning I called the office at 8:30am and was told to visit them that said day. I left Moruga to do business of my day off and upon reaching the front door at 11:15 I was told by the security that they are closed for the day because they are short staff in the department I was heading to. I understand that staff should not be under pressure in any organisation for issues beyond their control. However, at the same time the leaders within organisations display poor leadership skills when a Government office is closed and unable to serve the people of their country in the most efficient and effective way possible. Better leadership is required and immediately. Email me if you all need me to lead your team.
