I went on a Saturday, it s open to the public for 1$ a person. Plenty of amazing vendors and flower selection. Bring your own big reusable bag or rent a cart for another $1. Really great wholesale prices on all your flower and plant dreams. There were also street vendors selling food & drinks. Dogs not allowed inside. Bring cash if you can and at least for your entry, most places took cards but usually for a minimum.
