Horrible experience. Company replaced a blower motor. This then resulted in the heating unit not working properly. They came out a few days later on a Friday and were unable to find problem. Technician told me at approx. 415pm after being here for about 2 hours that his boss was pulling him off job and someone would be out Monday. Received call around 10am Monday that a technician would be out in the afternoon. Waited until 230pm before calling a new company.
