I have lived in my apartment for 4 years and Ana Hlavnicka has been my property manager. She is professional and listens to your concerns. Not only is she quick to respond but through in getting any issues resolved. I appreciate that this past summer when I asked her about getting ceiling fans she obliged. Ana has been great and I can honestly say I haven't rented a place where the manager handles the problems so quickly and values your concerns. I have come to know her professional as well as personally. She is a wealth of information.
