I've been stuck for days trying to figure out how to move, transfer and create new files using "Neat", Finally I decided use the internet and find a technical support number I could call and talk to a live person so I could explain my issue rather than trying to email or type using a "chat" option. Well my technical support person was :)Ramon:) and he was the most pleasant customer service rep I've ever had the pleasure of helping me with my problem, he went above and beyond what I would've expected from a customer service tech support person.
