VERY hot in the summer time, freezing in the winter. There are many concerns about this place that needs to be addressed. Pay is ok, but could be better. You work around chemical fumes/Acid. Pay should be higher and the union is almost pointless.On the bright side this place has tons of up side. Can be the number one plating place in the midwest!!!
