All I can say is that times REALLY have changed. Customer service is 2 thumbs DOWN. Even if the food is good, what matters the most is the attitude of the people servicing you.

I came all the way from Delaware with my family and never thought the service would be so unpleasant. I don t have to ask, what if because now I know.

I thought when you sit down at their establishment that they serve you, but I learned that they don t...so what is the purpose of giving a tip?
