Worst experience here this time, checked inn had a problem with the tv, general manager came in and spent 30-45mintues to repair a eye on the front of the tv that makes the channels change, Gm says people tear off the eyes thinking that they are cameras used to spi on the rooms.

Next day had late check out, called front desk, due to my grand kids came over during the night, asked front desk for extra towels, thirty minutes no one showed up, I called back and was told we are out of towels, so I went to Walmart to purchase some towels, Gm was great rest of staff suspect.

I've stayed here a entire week last year when my mother was in the hospital, by the way we are platinum members with Holiday Day Inn

Gm earned me rest of staff lost, will not stay here again, will go to Airport Holiday Inn
