My internet has gone out two days in a row now. I called yesterday at 9am, wasn t given a timeframe, just sometime today. Finally someone came out at 3, wasn t fixed until 5. I m a data scientist, so all of my work is on the computer; I missed a whole day of work. This morning I called at 8:15am, and was told that I can t be given a timeframe as to when a technician would be able to fix it. The gentleman I spoke on the phone with said that s what happens when you don t schedule things days ahead.
If you have the option of choosing a different internet service provider, choose someone other than BenLomand. Terrible internet & customer service.
