Aircall is the best VoIP solution I've tried. It's got the right combination of offerings and features that set it apart from the rest. From customer support to the iOS app and all the features in between, it's the best scalable product with the best UX experience. Aircall has allowed us to have a scalable and portable phone solution that doesn't require specific hardware. Basically, there's zero cost to set up and implement, except for the actual Aircall monthly service costs. There's no phone technicians disrupting your day while fumbling through an antiquated phone/tech cabinets, virtually zero downtime (depending on your internet provider of course) and it has a very intuitive interface.
