Should have arrive 2 weeks ago. The customer service number doesn't work! No one replies to my emails!

Am i even going to recieve this chair?

Worst online company I have ever dealt with and I am completely lost as to whether I will actually receive what I ordered or have I just given my money away to a brick wall.
