I called on Monday 1/4/21, got appointment for Tuesday 1/5/21. Reginald K. arrived at my home, explained the process and gave me an estimate, and I used the $20 coupon. The installation of the toilet was done in a very reasonable amount of time, the clear caulking made the installation look awesome and flawless. Reginald followed ALL COVID protocol and I was very impressed as I had a mask on as well.
