I came here on a rainy day September 12th, 2020 to the Davie location. We were 8. We were told 30 to 40 minutes of waiting time. We wait, no problem, after waiting an 1hour and 20 minutes the manager of the store Sara , very rude, no customer service whatsoever, came outside and told us they would not serve us due to the time 10:20pm. But... let me tell you this... the party of 10 which they came after us, (even the app showed me as next on line)they took care of them. Oh!! by the way we had 2 kids with us. I asked why I was not notified when I asked not 2 but 3 times about the waiting time??!! Her answer with attitude..."I'm not going to answer that ". Never in my life, I'll return to this restaurant!!! Rude employees, zero customer service and poor management!!! Can you please explain to me how you tell your customers after waiting for more than one hour under the rain with 2 kids at 10:20pm at night that you are not to serve them because kitchen close at 11pm? By that time even McDonald's was closed!!
Obviously this "manager Sara" doesn't have any skills for this position, obviously she didn't train her employees properly how to handle the sitting. Horrible experience, first and last!!! Never again
