They claim to have world class customer service.. NO, absolutely false. If you need to order service they are fine and very helpful. If you have a problem then they play the transfer game, then hang up on you. I'm this close to cancelling my account and going with another provider. I'm on hold now and we will see how this call goes before I cancel my account.
