Our ride from the airport to our hotel was an awfu...

Our ride from the airport to our hotel was an awful experience. When we landed we did as we were told and called the operator for pickup. She instructed us to wait in the passenger pick up area and that our ride would be there in 5-7 minutes with our name on the passenger window. 30 minutes later we called again and was told that our car had already been there and is now gone. She continued to tell me that it was our fault that we missed our ride because we were not in the right spot. I stated to this 2nd operator that we were waiting where the original person told us to. She said well we have a designated pickup area which is in the middle island between terminals C and D. There is NO middle island between C and D. The spot where we should have been is at the END of terminal D AND THE ONLY REASON we found that out is because we asked someone in the airport. The operator stated that we were never told the wrong info. How does she know if she wasn't who we originally spoke to. We finally connected with our driver who was rude and blamed us for being in the wrong spot. This is our 1st time in this airport mind you because we are traveling for a vacation. The car DID NOT have our name on the window. The driver continued to be rude as he threw our luggage in his car. He told us he called numerous times but we NEVER received a single phone call. Getting into his vehicle it was dirty. There was food on the seats and empty pop cans on the floor. He showed us the number he had been calling and it was the wrong number. The driver continued to be rude and when he got us to our hotel he counted his tip in front of us. So unacceptable. Our ride from the hotel back to the airport was a totally different story. The driver was early, extremely friendly and very helpful. He definitely deserved the tip he was given. I would use this car service again if we could request the 2nd driver. And I wish I would have kept my money from the 1st driver and will be in contact with the company to get a refund on the pickup.
