Sent wrong harness, and mount piece still on back ...

Sent wrong harness, and mount piece still on back order. Had to make quick run to Best Buy to get the right install components so it would be ready for my wife's birthday. However, Anthony @ Sonic Electronix was quick to resolve issue and very polite in finding a solution. It was made very clear to me that they cared what I had to say and I am overall happy with the experience!
