There is no phone contact regarding the visa at all! A very rude woman at headquarters, no personal culture at all. It is very difficult to get through, and once a person gets through there is no chance to talk, they demand to send an email. And how does someone have an urgent matter? Waiting for a visa for two years, I'm married to an American, 8 years old, we have a 5-year-old child. Earlier we lived in DE and my husband worked there, then he got a better job in the USA and it was supposed to take up to a year to get a visa. For two years my daughter has been brought up without a father, not by my choice and no one can help us ... it's a scandal
