We want to recognize the great customer service with Saturday's Huck chair operator and Alpenland pro shop. My wife lost some binding hardware at the bottom of the lift while loading. The operator stopped the lift, grabbed the fallen parts and recommended we see the pro shop. Aplenland fixed the binding, no charge and were very friendly and helpful. We were back on the hill in 10 minutes! We also want to give a shoutout to Kegan working the terrain park, professional, helpful and friendly!
