A very poor run company! We declined to move into one of their properties due to poor costumer service. We had no knowledge of this before putting a deposit down that the offices would avoid our calls for updates on the status of our application when we were guaranteed that we would know if we were approved the very next day. We didn't hear from anyone for two weeks! Instead they sent an email stating that the application was approved and a move in date. We respectfully declined and requested a refund due to their lies and the terrible customer service, but never received the refund. Now 6 months later they sent us to collections and are claiming of insufficient funds? How is this possible when the payment was processed on the phone with me and we received a copy of the receipt! This is the worst experience I've ever incounter with any management property company and encourage anyone that may consider moving into one of Inland properties to reconsider!
