They have been so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me pick the right gift, personalize it, then even made sure it was sent to my friend on the same day even though I made the purchase later on in the day. The only issue was that I didn't get an email when the order was dispatched and when it was received by my friend so I was a bit anxious since it was getting late into the night with no word of whether the package had been received. So I had to call customer care multiple times, but they apologized for not sending the email and communicated everything that I needed to know. They also let me know when the package had been received. Overall, they offer great customer service, are very patient and they have a unique range of gift items! I recommend their services to anyone.
