NOTICE HOW ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM "A Google User" and all the negative reviews are from real users.

I totally agree with other real reviewers you will need a secretary to complete all their paperwork and arbitrary requests. It took me 2 weeks!

I also had the same experience after I paid and got my insurance cards and had my car inspected they started sending me more arbitrary requests. They asked me about a car I had traded in 7 months earlier

I told them I don't have the answers to their questions because I no longer own that car. I was a bit snarky at this point because I had to jump through hoops to get all the information they asked for before signing on. Sometimes the same info written differently! This all happened via email.

They say they sent me a cancelation notice by mail which I never received like several other documents they supposedly sent me by mail.

They canceled my coverage about 45 days after it started because I couldn't answer their questions. And like another reviewer, I HAD NO IDEA! If I didn't call them to ask a question about my policy I would still not know because it's been over a month since they "mailed" me my cancellation and I still haven't received a refund for the 10 months remaining on my policy.

I honestly believe they intentionally "lost" my cancelation letter because they didn't like my attitude after they asked me more questions about a car I haven't owned in over half a year.

They were also very nasty when I asked them what was going on and why they didn't tell me how to get the information they wanted. They told me they could have told me if I had called them but up to this point we had been communicating by email.

I demanded proof of the cancelation notice. I don't think I will ever get it because I don't believe they ever sent it. And if I can, I will sue them for having me drive around with no insurance for 10 days. Worst experience ever.

I called Geico and I got better coverage for less money and it took 20 minutes not 2 weeks. And I don't expect Geico to keep harassing me for more documents.

My advice, go with a reputable insurance company. TSC Direct doesn't care about you. They WILL screw you if it suits them!
