Stopped in 2-1/2 weeks ago for an estimate from a ...

Stopped in 2-1/2 weeks ago for an estimate from a fender bender. I was told the soonest I could get it in was may which I understand, they're busy. I have yet to receive a phone call or email on my estimate, and I've called back 3x, was hung up on once while I was on hold. Apparently they're too busy for my business so I'll be going elsewhere.
