From the second Rolph greets you at the door, your stay at The Balmoral is magical. Nothing is too much for any of the staff, and you are made to feel welcome all of the time. The rooms are spacious and spotless.
The Prince Brasserie and Bar is very warm and welcoming.
We had a glorious stay.
