I would like to suggest the Estuate team to give the interview feedback to the candidates when they attend interviews with your organization. Whether it is selected or rejected we don't bother about it. When candidates invests their precious time for the interview process they deserves the feedback.
I spent two nights after my busy office schedule to complete the ReactJs assignment given by your team. Then after few days I sent a follow-up mail to the HR team. They sent response like "your patience would be appreciated". Then no response even after 2 months.
When we invest our valuable time in your interview process there is nothing wrong in asking for the feedback.
