Wouldn't stay here again or at this chain. Room was fine. We had a double bed and a sofa bed that could be used as a single bed for our three year old, not the most comfortable but fine. Toilet was a separate WC but was super small. I could barely close the door while trying to get in the WC. Didn't love that they don't have safes in the room. There's also no air conditioning, which I'm sure is fine generally but it's been pretty warm here so it would have been nice to have, again, particularly given the cost. Last thing which I wouldn't have expected was the iron is tethered to the ironing board which I assume is to prevent theft. Never seen that before even at 3 star places.

Location was fine. About a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. Not a lot of dinner options right near by but there are plenty of cafes with good breakfast options so you don't need to eat at the hotel in the morning.

Biggest complaint was the service particularly because of the cost. Finally before our third night staying here our room was cleaned. The second day they never came even after specifically asking the front desk when we saw it was not cleaned when we returned mid day. We had to wait at the front desk for fresh towels and my husband had to get more toilet paper from a housekeeping cart in the hallway.

On the third day, same story. We came back around 12:30pm for my son's nap and it wasn't cleaned. Finally, someone around 3pm knocked on the door to clean the room and I told them they'd have to come back given my son just woke up - ridiculous they were just coming then. When we came back that evening it was cleaned (we specifically went up to a housekeeper to tell her we were leaving for the afternoon). They don't replenish any of the coffee or teas, but give new towels and made the beds.
