My wife Cathy and I have been members of Welk's Resorts since 2015. Before that we had both had very bad to horrible experiences, separately and together, with "Time Share" companies. However Welk has been different in that they seem to be "owner" focused.
Not that they don't have a negative side, like they could use more A.D.A. compliant units, and they seem to be always trying to get you to be more points(aka "Time"). But over all it is not a bad place, even if you do not play golf.
