Currently experiencing 5 power surges per hour on average which started 4 hours ago. Talked to the technician at the repair site 2 hours into this problem. He was just sitting in his truck looking at his cell. He told me that "the line came off the pin" which was actually visible from the road. Looked like a relatively easy thing to fix. 4 hours into it (and many more power surges later) I saw the technician still sitting in his truck on his cell phone. I asked about the status and he told me "still working on it". After being told to stop lying to his paying customers he said that he's still waiting for someone or something "to arrive". Come on BGE. You are better than that and you can do better. Instead of paying employees for just sitting around for hours and lying to customers you should have a better handle on situations like this. Very disappointing. With this you just earned 5 minus stars ( had to give you one star on this site so I could access this review site, lucky you).
