Excited about getting the approval and excited abo...

Excited about getting the approval and excited about the call, but I was not excited about the nasty attitude of the person I spoke with.. they literally expected me to just provide my information without even clarifying my terms. I told them I was given an approval and amount and asked how they came up with the information... .. like how would they know my max loan term and payment without any term or rates... sounded sketchy and I be damned if I do business with people that are nasty... I literally walked in the hallway at my job to take this call all to be annoyed at his ways... he needs to fired.. clearly they don't monitor the calls
