My review is based on my experience with a physical disability. Due to my son's medically fragile condition, I was excited to finally visit the Center and its "Bubble" exhibit. I was shocked to pay the $65 admission fee (I had to pay more to sit closer to the front due to my son's disability, even after I informed the cashier) but I was more disappointed, trying to locate the ONE hidden elevator. The bubble concert was the highlight of our visit, but the exhibit was geared towards healthy and physically inclined children. I searched throughout the center for wheelchair height and less physical activities and sadly, close to nothing. The staff was very friendly but most seemed just as confused as me. The center is clean but the restrooms aren't equipped with enough changing tables (I believe only one) in each restroom and there was a line of mothers waiting to change their babies diapers. Continuing my search, I was warned that the museum was closing after being there for only an hour. I kindly spoke to the manager about the limited handicapped accessibility and he apologized, then agreed. He had to help me out the front-door because not even the centers entrance, has an automatic push-button. The center has a lot to improve on and needs to mindful of all children's and some, with limited abilities.
