Booked 3 excursions. They were all punctual on pick up and collection however, when we booked hot springs and volcano at no point did they mention exceptional health issues. So we boarded the boat and got to hot springs and only then did Theo (the guide) mention you can't go in if you have heart problem or asthma. My 11year old was devastated as this was the part of the long trip he had been awaiting most. Complained and no one actually cared that they had mis sold a trip. I advised they should notify clients of this but customer service was poor ! Beware.
