After having horrible service at local Harley Dealers I decided to try Charlotte HD (Now Independence Harley) Trace was my sales rep and gave me good vibes. Then I met Steve the finance guy ... again. Good vibes. So I ended up purchasing an Ultra Limited and I will tell you ... you NEED to talk to Trace and Steve. By FAR the best purchase on a bike I have experienced. Since this was the first day as the new dealership they had issues with the computers so I waited ... and waited. BUT Steve made it right and THAT shows the kind of dealership this is. Even met the new owner. Down to earth guy that CARES about the customer. Trace and Steve made this whole experience pleasurable and fun ... will I be back? HELL YES! Kudos guys! We found our new Harley dealership!!!!!
