My daughter called 2 times to set an appointment for repairs on her car. After driving 40 minutes, like she was asked to do, we were then told at 4:30pm there was no one there to look at her car. ( even though online showed they were open until 5:30pm ) After speaking to the very RUDE manager , we were turned away. I feel, I must add, that the manager actually said to me " if you had shown up at 7:00 and we were closed what would you have done ?" He was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE !! We weren't even offered a loaner vehicle for the evening.. We made an appointment for the following day. The repairs were made. The gentleman we dealt with on this day was AMAZING. He was very friendly and respectful. Thank goodness, my daughter traded her vehicle off a few days later to Expressway Dodge.
