Well we were diehard Ford fans out looking for a new car and a new truck. When doing our research Nissan caught our eye due to the 5 year 160k warranty so we thought we would investigate. With no appointment we walked in and met Melissa Shelley, she was extremely patient with us, and like other reviewers mentioned, not pushy. Melissa knows her stuff and went to bat for us in the negotiating process. We ended up putting them to challenge, two specific vehicles that were not on their lot, could they deliver them within price and on time? They sure did, Melissa personally drove to London and Woodbridge to pick up each car, and in fact the day we walked in to get them she was scurrying about to make sure they were perfect, she even helped complete the detailing before they rolled them out for us to get in. On pickup day she spent ample amount of time with us walking through both vehicles and the features to ensure we knew exactly how to use them.

This is my 12th car in my life, the last 10 were new at Ford, never had we been treated so well and had such an awesome experience. The business is well run but I have to admit Melissa was what made this not only a great experience but wowed us at the same time. Well done! Highly recommend this location and giving Melissa a call.
