// my final score for this hotel is 3 stars. Some unfriendly and slow service experiences are the cause. Also the blocked 3rd lift was an issue.

Staff is friendly, the room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is quite big since there is a conference center as well. Since I am here as part of a conference I will stay here for some more days. The reason I only give 4 stars at the moment is that one of three Lisa is deactivated.. so the waiting times are mostly quite high. The rooftop bar has an awesome view and the drinks are prepared well. I will probably update this review after my stay. So far I can regiment this hotel!
